Fetch DEEP modules from deep-oc

Get the DEEP modules from the git submodules that are maintained in deephdc/deep-oc.

This change obsoletes the previous process of getting the list of production modules from a project_apps.yml. Once approved, the maintenance of such production modules will be only done through the deephdc/deep-oc repository.
