new modules + WP2 new vocabulary

This pull requests includes:

  • additional new modules trained with the Tensorflow image classifier (seeds, plants, phytoplankton, conus). The conus module for tensorflow is created but is missing some parameters (dockerhub, weights) as the retraining is still pending.
  • new vocabulary introduced in WP2 including models (trainable modules) and services (deployable modules)
  • the additional 'deprecated' tags for old services in theano
  • additional minor fixes

Whats is missing

The pull request can be merged fine as it is. However for consistency/improvements is would be nice to:

  • add some css to support notice/warning banners for example for these kind of lines
  • change the references from "models" to "modules" in some Pelican templates to be consistent. For example:

@alvarolopez as your are the one more familiar with the Pelican framework I leave these change's implementation to you. In any case this can be done in another pull request.
