Remove vendorized aiohttp-apispec

Álvaro López García requested to merge github/fork/IFCA/remove_aiohttp into master

aiohttp-apispec has been released (2.2.0) with all the fixes that we required, thereforore there is no need to vendorize it anymore. This commit reverts back to the PyPI version.
