Extensions to jenkinsfile

Pablo Orviz Fernandez requested to merge extensions_to_jenkinsfile into master

Main feature is the JIRA issue creation when a new tag has been built. This will allow immediate notification to be deployed on the preview testbed. The rest of additions are cosmetic changes.
